Prayers for Trey Erwin

So last week I saw a news story on a young man who I haven't been able to get off my mind.  His name is Trey Erwin...just 14 years old and diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. He has been through more than I can imagine, yet he and his parents faith is unshakable is and is very evident in their caring bridge.  In your prayers tonight please say one for Trey and his family and if you have time send them some love....here is the link to his caring bridge site.....

I thought this song was fitting for this post

"Scar and Struggles on the way
But with joy our hearts can say
Never once did we ever walk alone"

Hello Sarah. I stumbled across your blog. I am the caretaker for my husband who has Leukemia. We are at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago for another week or two and then hopefully on the road to recovery. We often talk about how much good has come from his cancer, a closer relationship with GOD is at the top of the list. I will pray for you and would gladly take your place if I could. We are only 49 but 24 is toooooo young for such trials. There are times when I think there is just so much illness in this world and it is overwhelming. So glad to see you hae a sense of humor. you are beautiful inside and out, and inspiring. Hang tough, Godspeed. Betty
